  • Participants perform advanced analytical, cost, technical, and leadership tasks across all domains of senior-level program management, including:

    • Systems engineering evaluation
    • Functional/physical architecture analysis
    • WBS and contract WBS modernization
    • IMP/IMS critique and redesign
    • Senior-level cost modeling & TCO analysis
    • High-end EVMS review aligned to ANSI
    • Requirements evaluation and verification strategy development
    • Leadership and coordination of cross-agency governance

Senior-level program managers will learn to:

    • Identify and analyze drivers of program success at the executive level
    • Critically evaluate multiple systems engineering approaches
    • Lead WBS, IMP, and IMS modernization to support strategic outcomes
    • Perform advanced cost, sensitivity, and TCO analyses
    • Manage enterprise-level risks across contractors and subcontractors
