Course Outline

This two-day advanced course builds on ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals and prepares experienced administrators to manage, optimize, and maintain production ServiceNow instances. Participants explore application data management, development and debugging tools, reporting and visualizations, integrations, security, and platform optimization practices using Zurich release capabilities.

  • Audience & Prerequisites

    Who Should Attend: ServiceNow administrators and consultants who have maintained production ServiceNow systems for six to twelve months and want to deepen their technical administration skills.
    Prerequisites: Welcome to ServiceNow; ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals (ILT or on-demand). Passing the Certified System Administrator (CSA) exam is strongly recommended. Prior exposure to scripting in ServiceNow is recommended.

    Day 2

    • Module 4: Integrations
      • Topics: Integration overview; REST web services; direct and scripted web services.

      • Topics: Authentication; authorization; platform hardening.
